Wondering what goes into getting your glasses? Our lens lab is where we assess the quality of your lenses and fit them to your prescription’s specifications. Read all about it below.
Step 1 :Choosing
The right lens matches your prescription and personal measurements, and we take that into account when preparing your glasses.
Step 2 :Cutting
Tailored to your vision: every lens is cut to the measurement of your chosen frame, then carefully inserted into the frame.
Step 3 :Assessing
Your order is meticulously inspected by our eye care team to ensure the prescription is accurate and meets quality control standards.
Step 4 :Shipping
This is where it starts to get good. Your order is shipped from the lab to our distribution centre for a final quality analysis before we send it your way.
